Launch Match questionnaire answers are processed in your browser to generate a recommendation. The matcher does not submit them to SoleMetric. Files you select in the guided preview remain in that browser preview and are not uploaded or analyzed; automatic image measurement is disabled.

Match purchases happen on Amazon, not on SoleMetric. Amazon and the selected seller handle the transaction under their own privacy terms. Information you separately submit through an enabled SoleMetric Custom founding-list form is sent as described below.

• Questionnaire answers: shoe size and width, shoe type and volume, arch and comfort preferences, removable-liner status, activity, standing time, budget, and related answers are evaluated in the browser. Launch questionnaire answers are processed in your browser to generate recommendations and are not submitted to SoleMetric by the match flow.
• Recommendation results: the browser displays ranked products, reasons, tradeoffs, and exclusions. The Match flow does not create a SoleMetric order record.

Image measurement is disabled at launch. Selected files stay in the browser preview and are not uploaded or analyzed by SoleMetric.

Selecting a file in the preview does not upload it or create a measurement. If a future capture service accepts foot or insole imagery, it will require a new, explicit disclosure and consent flow, a defined retention period, deletion controls, and updated security language before upload is enabled.

Clicking a recommended product takes you to Amazon. SoleMetric may record an aggregate retailer-link event if site analytics are configured. Once you leave SoleMetric, Amazon and the selected seller independently handle account, payment, shipping, transaction, and support information under their own policies.

Amazon is the seller. This link contains no Associates tag; SoleMetric does not earn from it. Confirm price, size, availability, delivery, and returns on Amazon.

The separate founding-list form is available only when approved email delivery is configured. When enabled, it submits the name, email, shoe type, price range, interest statement, reservation interest, and research-consent choice shown on the form through that email provider. Without delivery configuration, the form and API fail closed and do not read or log a visitor submission.

If you choose an optional reservation and a payment link is available, the external payment processor handles the payment step under its own privacy terms. Match purchases do not use this reservation flow. SoleMetric does not sell founding-list information or share it with advertisers.

Hosting systems may process ordinary technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser details, and error or security logs. If an analytics provider is configured, it may receive page and interaction events such as starting the matcher or following an Amazon link. Analytics is not used to upload the questionnaire answers or preview files described above.

Successfully delivered Custom founding-list submissions and related communications may be retained in the configured email system as needed to run that program, resolve requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Contact SoleMetric through the contact page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted directly to SoleMetric. We cannot delete information held independently by Amazon, a selected seller, an external payment processor, or another service; contact that service under its own policy.

SoleMetric may use aggregate interaction information to understand catalog coverage and improve the matching rules. It does not receive launch preview images for AI or model training. Any future request to use submitted imagery for research or training would require separate, affirmative opt-in consent.

We keep claims to what is implemented: production pages are intended to be served over HTTPS; Match answers and preview files stay in the browser; automatic image measurement is disabled; and SoleMetric does not take Match payment or shipping information. No internet service can promise perfect security. Before any future capture pipeline accepts imagery, this policy will be updated with the protections actually deployed.
