The concept
What Custom will do that ready-made can’t
These are the design goals of the program, shared openly, before launch, so founding customers know exactly what they’re helping build.
Separate left and right geometry
Most people’s feet differ. Each insole in a Custom pair will be designed from its own foot’s measured geometry, not mirrored from one side.
Shoe-insert geometry
The outline of your shoe’s removable insert defines the space the pair must fit, so the design targets your actual shoe, not a generic last.
Individually generated design
Foot and shoe geometry are combined into a one-off design for your pair, the step that ready-made products, however well matched, can’t take.
Manufacturing-partner fulfillment
Each design will be produced by a specialized manufacturing partner and shipped to you directly.
Longer production time
Made-per-customer means waiting: expect production and delivery to take meaningfully longer than a ready-made product shipped from stock.
Founding-customer research
Founding customers can opt into structured research (capture quality, fit, comfort) that directly shapes how the program launches.
